Therapists and Healers
Many healers and therapists come in wanting depth. A space where they don’t have to explain themselves, soften their language, or perform insight. A space where they can speak plainly about their own experience and be met by someone who knows the terrain.
Sometimes it looks like burnout or exhaustion, but often that’s not the whole story.
You may notice that your capacity feels different than it used to, or that things you help clients with have become harder to access for yourself. Perhaps you’ve been brought you face to face with parts of your own inner depths that are asking for attention now.
You might even already have an understanding of where this is coming from, and you’ve been looking for a place to be in process with it and go beneath the surface.
A Space to Land
A lot of healers and therapists come in because they want a place where they can take the mask down and just be human for a bit. Being on the other side of the room can be surprisingly vulnerable.
It can be hard to let yourself need support when you’re used to being the one others rely on. That’s understood here.
This is a place to work with what’s been carried for a long time, not just what’s loud right now.
Sessions will sound like a lot of real talk where we get to the heart of things, but sometimes we’ll use experiential work to address things beneath the surface, like IFS parts work or brainspotting.
You already know how to show up for others. This is a place where you get to show up for yourself, without performing or explaining. We take the work seriously, but we keep it human. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.
