Common Questions
Do you offer telehealth?
My counseling practice is available via telehealth only to clients in the state of Oregon at this time.
Yoga therapy is available to clients located internationally.
I use a secure Telehealth platform for virtual video sessions.
Do you offer monthly sessions?
This work is for women who are committed to doing deeper work to create change both inside and outside.
Because of the depth orientation of the work I offer, we will meet weekly to support momentum and focus.
If you are interested in a monthly cadence, I do offer intensives, which are extended sessions, at a monthly cadence.
How much does a session cost?
30 minute phone consultation: Free
225$ for an individual 55-minute therapy session.
I also offer yoga therapy and coaching sessions, at a rate of $225 per hour.
Intensive, extended sessions are offered for 2 hours at $425, or 3 hours at $650. If you are a new client, we will have a pre-intensive intake session at my hourly rate.
I accept credit, HSA, or debit card payments through a secure management and billing system. Payment is due at the time of each session.
I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available upon request. *Sliding scale spots are filled at this time.
Do you take insurance?
I am not working in network with insurance at this time.
I am able to offer a superbill to clients wanting to seek out of network benefits with their insurance provider. Clients wanting to seek out of network reimbursement will pay at the time of service, and then receive a superbill after the session.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the no surprises act, clients who are not in network with an insurance plan or receiving services through their insurance plan will receive an estimate of expected cost of services, called a Good Faith Estimate.
This does not generally apply to clients using their out of network benefits for services.
