Embodied Healing

Somatic therapy for women ready to feel whole, grounded, and alive again.

You’ve spent years learning how to keep it together. You learned to stay in your head, to keep moving, to do it all—without ever feeling fully safe in your body. You may have tried talk therapy, self-help, or mindfulness tools that helped a little… but still, something feels stuck.

Maybe it’s the anxiety and worry that never quite go away, or the restlessness in your body when you try to rest. Perhaps it’s the way your body holds the tension and pain of past experiences.

If you’re longing to feel at home in yourself again—not just functioning, but truly alive—somatic therapy may be the missing piece.

What Is somatic therapy ?

Somatic therapy is a trauma-informed, body-based approach to therapy that gently helps you reconnect with your body, repattern your nervous system, process emotions, and come home to yourself.

Instead of focusing only on thoughts or insight, somatic therapy helps you:

  • Release stored stress and trauma from the body

  • Build a felt sense of safety and trust in yourself

  • Reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your energy

  • Navigate anxiety and emotional overwhelm from a place of grounded self-awareness

This is not just symptom management. It’s root-cause healing.
It’s the slow, sacred work of coming home to yourself.

What to Expect

Sessions are held virtually or in-person in Bend, Oregon.

Why somatic therapy?

Many of my clients say: “I’ve done years of therapy, but I still feel stuck.”
That’s because trauma, anxiety, and survival patterns don’t just live in the mind. They live in the body.

Embodied healing is different. Here’s how:

Somatic & holistic — We’ll work with breath, movement, sensation, and attunement to help your body process what your mind can’t do alone.
Custom to you — Every session is personalized. We may incorporate yoga therapy, somatic parts work, polyvagal-informed practices, EMDR or Brainspotting, and guided inner work.
Relational & reparative — You don’t have to do this alone. I’ll walk with you as you learn to stay present with what arises, with gentleness and care.
Depth-oriented — This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about lasting transformation that honors your whole self.
