If you’re a sensitive soul who’s always felt a little too much or not quite enough, this is for you.

If you’ve spent your life breaking generational cycles, tending to others while quietly ignoring your own needs, and wondering when it will finally feel safe to rest—you’re in the right place.

Brainspotting is a powerful, body-based therapy that helps you gently heal the roots of trauma, anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm. Unlike talk therapy, which often stays in the mind, Brainspotting works directly with the body and nervous system—where many of our deepest wounds live.

Here’s how it works:
We use your visual field to find a “brainspot”—a place your eyes naturally land that connects to an emotional or physical experience. You don’t have to talk through all the details. You don’t even need to know the whole story. As you stay with that spot and tune into your body, your brain begins to process and release what’s been stuck, often beneath the surface for years.

You might notice sensations, emotions, images, or simply stillness. Your body knows what to do. My role is to hold space, track your process, and support your system in doing what it already knows how to do: heal.

This healing doesn’t come through pushing or performing. It comes through slowing down, tuning in, and allowing your body to release what it’s been carrying for far too long.

And this is where Sacred Becoming begins.

It’s the moment you realize healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the version of you who existed before the world asked you to shrink, stay silent, or carry what wasn’t yours.

In session, we create space for all of you:

  • The tender parts

  • The fierce ones

  • The numb, frozen, or shut-down places

  • The parts still trying to protect you, even when you no longer need protecting

  • The parts still carrying painful wounds that never quite healed

As a sensitive cycle breaker, you’ve probably learned to function in high-alert mode—always scanning, always doing, always bracing. But your nervous system wasn’t meant to live in fight, flight, or freeze. You deserve more than survival. You deserve to feel safe in your body, not just in your thoughts.

Brainspotting is gentle, intuitive, and trauma-informed. You stay in control of your process at all times. There’s no need to perform or explain. Just your presence is enough.

    You are not broken.
    You are breaking through.

And your healing is a quiet revolution.

If you're ready to soften the grip of old pain, to come home to your body, and to begin your own sacred becoming—I’m here.
